Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts operated by the same individual (identified by name, address, IP address, payment method, device fingerprint, or any other identifier), we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any winnings, and retain any Bonus Funds.

3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

MonsterWin operates a comprehensive KYC programme. We may request verification documents at any stage, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when otherwise required. Standard verification documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued passport, national ID card, or driver's licence (showing full name, date of birth, and photograph);

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure. MonsterWin shall not be liable for any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

3.6. Prohibited Jurisdictions

4. Account Management

4.2. Account Verification Status

Accounts that have not completed the full KYC verification process may be subject to restricted functionality, including deposit caps and withdrawal holds. We reserve the right to conduct periodic re-verification as required by our compliance obligations.

4.3. Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. MonsterWin reserves the right to notify the Player and, following adequate notice, apply an inactivity fee as outlined in our Fee Schedule. The inactivity fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero. The Player may reactivate their Account by contacting support.

4.4. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable processing timelines. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.5. Suspension and Termination by MonsterWin

MonsterWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Chargebacks initiated against MonsterWin;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers;
• Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools;
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2. Currency

All transactions on MonsterWin are conducted in Euro (€ / EUR). Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider. MonsterWin is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

5.3. Deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;

5.4. Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: €20 (or equivalent, depending on payment method);
• Maximum Withdrawal: Limits apply per transaction, per day, per week, and per month as specified in the cashier section;
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days. Once approved, e-wallets typically process within 0–24 hours; cards within 3–5 business days; bank transfers within 3–7 business days;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits (or to a verified alternative method at MonsterWin's discretion);
• All KYC documentation must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements, an active fraud investigation, or pending KYC verification.

5.5. Refused Transactions

MonsterWin reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, policy violations, or system errors. In such cases, MonsterWin will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player and resolve the matter promptly.

5.6. Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Website are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2. Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to registered players who have completed the required KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated;

6.3. Wagering Requirements

6.4. Game Contribution to Wagering

6.5. Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses and associated free spins must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Account. Unused Bonus Funds or free spins will expire automatically upon the deadline.

6.6. Maximum Bet While Using Bonus Funds

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of €5 per spin or per hand applies, unless expressly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.7. Abuse of Bonuses

MonsterWin actively monitors for bonus abuse. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where we detect:

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Game Availability

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. MonsterWin will not be liable for any losses arising from a technical error or malfunction. In the event that an error results in an incorrect balance being displayed, MonsterWin reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the balance accordingly.

7.5. Prohibited Behaviour & Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent ban:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or collaboration with dealer or provider staff;
